This Privacy Policy explains how EverAfter Travel, LLC ("EverAfter Travel," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Pixie mobile application and the website at getpixie.site (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide. This includes your email address when you join our waitlist, and any account details, profile information, saved items, trip plans, reviews, or photos you create when using Pixie.
Usage and device information. We may collect app interaction data, device type, operating system, and anonymous identifiers to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
Payment information. If you make a purchase, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
To notify you about product availability, updates, and launch news (if you joined the waitlist or created an account).
To process transactions and provide customer support.
To analyze usage and measure the performance of features.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, and payment processing), under obligations of confidentiality.
When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of EverAfter Travel, our users, or others.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
